About me:
I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at
Rutgers University.
I am also a full Professor in the
Mathematical Institute at the University of Wrocław.
I was a
member of the School of Mathematics at the Institute for Advanced
Study in
Princeton in 2016/2017 and 2022/2023.
I completed my PhD in Mathematics at the
University of Wrocław in June 2011. I obtained my Habilitation
degree from the
University of Bonn in June 2016 and from the University of Wrocław in June 2017.
Research interests:
The primary focus of my research to date has been Fourier analysis and
its role in understanding phenomena
of norm and pointwise
convergence in analysis, ergodic theory and probability
theory. Recently, I have also
become interested in number
theory and additive combinatorics from the perspective of Fourier
analysis.
My research is currently supported by:
- the NSF CAREER grant DMS-2236493 (2023-2028).
